GETTING STARTED

Get started with Hgear

Learn how to use Hgear’s healthcare data tools, choose a subscription and get help with API access.

Quickstart

Start with the tool that matches your workflow. Use sample data to explore the results, then contact our team when you need a subscription or API access.

1
Choose a tool

Explore transformation, validation or data quality tools for your healthcare data.

2
Try sample data

Use synthetic or de-identified data to see how the tool works.

3
Review the results

Inspect the output and any validation feedback before using it in your workflow.

4
Choose your access

Contact our team to discuss the modules, usage allowance and integration options you need.

Illustrative API request

These examples show the shape of a validation request using synthetic sample data. The URL and token are dummy values and will not work. For Hgear API access, request the endpoint, credentials and supported request format from our team.

bash
curl --request POST \
  --url https://example.invalid/fhir/validate \
  --header 'Authorization: Bearer DEMO_TOKEN_NOT_VALID' \
  --header 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  --data '{
    "resourceType": "Patient",
    "id": "example-patient",
    "active": true
  }'

Authentication

Use the sign-in details provided for your Hgear account. If you need help accessing a tool or setting up an integration, contact our team.

Account access

Sign in with your own account and keep your password private. Ask for help if a tool you need is unavailable.

API access

Request API access for your integration and follow the setup instructions supplied with it. Keep credentials out of shared code, screenshots and support messages.

Subscription model

To subscribe, contact the Hgear team with the tools you need and your expected usage. We’ll help you choose a plan for transformation, validation or data quality workflows. Your subscription provides access to the agreed modules and usage allowance for the subscription period, with API access, deployment options and support as specified in your plan. Contact our team when you need to renew, add a module or increase your allowance.

Usage & quotas

Your subscription includes a usage allowance for the selected services. Check your plan’s limits and renewal or reset schedule when planning your workload.

Usage below limit

You can continue using the service within your plan’s allowance.

Usage at limit

Further requests may return 429. Check your allowance or contact our team to discuss additional usage.

Allowance renewal

If your plan includes a recurring allowance, usage becomes available again according to its reset schedule.
